Resources

Information when you need it.

Education, learning, reflection, and further exploration can be meaningful parts of finding a way forward.

Sometimes finding a way forward begins with finding information that helps us understand what we have experienced and what we may experience going forward.

The resources shared at the end of my chapter include documentaries, books, and other materials that explore family dynamics, parental alienation, resilience, and the impact of harmful words and behaviors on children and families.

“It is not simply what we know, but knowing how to find what we need when we need it that can make a meaningful difference.”

— Karen

These resources are offered as starting points for education, learning, reflection, and further exploration.

Knowledge can open the door. Knowing where to turn can help us walk through it.
